1. Booking and Payments
All reservations must be made through our website, email, or authorized representatives.
To confirm a booking, a deposit or full payment may be required depending on the tour.
Final payment deadlines will be specified in the confirmation email.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email.
Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy and may vary depending on the type of service and how far in advance the cancellation is made.
Non-refundable services such as entrance tickets or train tickets will not be reimbursed.
3. Modifications
Date changes and other modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Changes requested within 48 hours of the tour may not be accepted.
4. Responsibilities
Machupicchu Ebenezer acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (transportation companies, hotels, guides, etc.).
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by third parties, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
5. Traveler Obligations
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents, complying with local laws, and being in good physical condition for the activities booked.
Any medical condition must be reported in advance.
6. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers health, accidents, cancellations, and loss of belongings.
7. Personal Data
By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Peruvian law. Any legal issues will be addressed under the jurisdiction of the courts of Cusco, Peru.
